Pickleball

We played pickleball again last night for ninety minutes and again this morning. Great workout and we enjoy the social aspect of it as well. I've tried uploading a small video clip of the group playing last night. Let me know if it plays alright. There is a motorhome leaving in the background that drowns out some of the sound, but you'll get an idea of what the court is like. Usually there are 10-15 players around the courts ready to play. Losers rotate off and anyone waiting comes on. It is unusual to sit for more than 5-10 minutes before you are playing again.

This campground is full of activities surrounding Christmas. The carollers were out last night again. We are attending a group Christmas dinner on Christmas day so Chris decided we should do our own Christmas dinner with all the trimmings in the motorhome today. We bought a small butterball turkey and have just thrown it in the convection oven. We are using one of those plastic oven bags and placed the whole thing in a big lasagna dish that we bought at Lori's Pampered Chef party back in Ottawa. Everything fits fine. Our neighbours from California dropped by this afternoon and invited over to sit around the camp fire tomorrow night as well, so that should be a lot of fun.

Time for a bit of lunch and then a look at the local paper.

Go Sens Go!! Way to beat those Rangers!
