We started packing up last night. Spent about an hour putting the bikes up on the Vue and then also repacked the tandem so it all fits into the storage bins under the living room slide out. That gets all the bike stuff out of the Vue and we can open up the back seat again. Took about an hour this morning making sure everything was stored and put away before leaving. We have it down to a science now so things don't rattle and clink while we are moving anymore.
The drive down was uneventful. 22 miles of mostly 4 lane Hwy with a bit of construction at Clermont/Minneola. We both commented when we left, that being on the road gives you a feeling of homelessness, but of course that is silly because we are in our home. We have a nice site for the 4 days we are here. Then we will be on the road again to Lazydays in Tampa so we can get some repair work done while still under warranty.
Off to do some Christmas shopping this afternoon in Winter Garden.
