Lazydays

We got into service bay #98 at Lazydays first thing this morning. After a couple of hours the diagnosis was a faulty right front jack leveller. They removed it and installed a new one from the parts department. Guess what, it was faulty as well, but it took most of today to determine that was the problem! With no other new jacks in stock, the techs eventually made the decision to remove one from a new Bounder Diesel they have on the lot. By that time, their day was over, so we are spending our second night in the last week camped out in a service bay. We have power and our slides are out, so we are all set. No noise from I-4 either.

I called a friend in Peace River and asked her to advise the ranger that we are running at least one day late. Will have to call again tomorrow if we don't get out of here. Hopefully, things will go well and we'll be on the road before lunch.

We had planned on getting to Peace River this morning and then perhaps blasting over to Cocoa Beach tonight in order to witness tomorrow morning's 02:45 am space shuttle launch. But a day spent in the waiting room at Lazydays has left us both exhausted.
Time for a quiet night and early to bed.
