Finally managed to get a good shot of a chickadee nibbling at the suet block we put out the other day. I think it turned out quite well.Local weather forecast is not looking good for the next few days. There is a winter storm watch in effect for Tuesday night and all day Wednesday with 10-30 cms (4-12 inches) of snow in the forecast. We are planning to leave Thursday morning but may leave on Friday instead if conditions are bad. We have a few days to play with on the way south, so a day one way or the other won't be a problem.
