Yesterday, I stopped in at our old neighbourhood and picked up our tandem bicycle. Thank you Tom and Fay for letting me store some things in your garage over the summer. Our Co-Motion Speedster tandem is equipped with S+S couplings which allow it to be broken down and stored in travel cases for easier transportation. We've had the tandem for 2 years but have never completely broken it down before. I spent almost 3 hours at the farm where we store our motorhome, breaking it down and packing it up. Not sure I'll ever get it back together again once we get to Sebring, but it sure stores nicely in our Bounder.

Getting down to the short strokes now. I went for a nice run through Rockcliff Park this morning and will be getting my annual flu shot this afternoon at a free clinic in Orleans. Also spent an hour or so hiking with Buddy in Mer Bleu this morning. I took the above photo with my Canon 100-400 zoom.
