Going Back To........Houston...How About Peace River Instead.....

We received some good news online this morning. Thousand Trails online reservations showed vacancies at Peace River from Feb 03-18. Previously, we had not been able to get a solid 14 day reservation because that park is very busy. We could only get 3-4 days here and there. I made a call to online reservations and Elaine connected enough shorter day stays together to make a 14 day stay possible for us. So right now, we will leave Orlando on Feb 3rd and go to Peace River, Feb 3 - 17, before coming back to Orlando on Feb 18th. We really enjoyed Peace River the last time we were there and are excited about going back there. It is in a rural part of central Florida so we will not be dealing with the theme park traffic we have seen here in Orlando. There also seems to be more on site activities offered there than Orlando as well.
