The sun came out this afternoon so we decided to go for a bike ride and enjoy ourselves. We headed downtown and stopped in at Henry's on Bank St so I could pick up a remote control for my camera. I figured a remote was a must-have item to use with my new tripod. We biked all the way to Island Park and then over to the Quebec side. We cycled past the Museum of Civilization and on into Hull to the site of the Gatineau Balloon Festival. The balloons weren't up so we decided not to go in as we had nowhere to secure our bikes. We headed back for Ottawa on the bike path stopping frequently to take some more pictures.
